FloppaKart: rebuilt Water Park and Neon Pinball, smarter CPUs
Two tracks rebuilt from scratch, harder computer racers, a race-game drift hop, a real rocket and a cup fix.
What's in this build
- Water Park rebuilt: an anti-gravity loop, a wide beach run with rolling beach balls to dodge, a glide over the lagoon and a risky plank shortcut. Now 3 laps.
- Neon Pinball rebuilt: the Jackpot Tower spiral, then race down a big tilted pinball table with bumpers, spinning gates, giant steel balls, a kicker ramp and flippers, a glass wire ramp and a loop. Now 4 laps.
- Computer racers: CPU difficulty from 100% to 200%. Sports mode starts harder, and the better you are placed, the harder they drive.
- Sports mode is now 25% faster (it was 50%).
- Drifting: press drift to hop, keep holding and steer when you land to start the drift.
- Rocket Rush puts a real rocket on your kart, with flames and smoke.
- Double item boxes: grab two items and switch between them.
- Split screen for up to 4 players, each with their own controller.
- The controls bar fades out after 10 seconds of racing and comes back in the pause menu.
- Fixes: in the Shrimp Cup the CPUs no longer stand still from the second race on, nobody gets hit at the start of Floppa Mall, cars in the parking lot no longer drive through each other, and respawning ends Rocket Rush and puts you upright on the road.
